Nurture Your Expansion

Through massage, yoga, meditation, breath work and guided ceremony I help women, at various stages of life, get in touch with their internal knowing so that they can grow and expand in their path, towards their highest purpose.

Massage Therapy

In a session with Meagan, you can expect calm and grounded space holding and the incorporation of intuitively implemented techniques that stem from Thai massage, Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage), deep tissue, myofascial release and Swedish styles of massage. Meagan often intuits tools and practices from working with massage clients and loves to share if there is interest. This element brings in the opportunity for healing beyond what massage alone can do.

Meagan specializes in working with women who are going through major life transitions: phases of life, prenatal/postpartum, perimenopause/menopause, career shifts, relationship shifts, role shifts. Massage and incorporating practices that can raise your overall vibrational frequency can bring new perspective and a sense of wellbeing during life challenges you may face. A way of supporting and nurturing yourself through your ultimate expansion.

Yoga Offerings

Meagan offers yoga classes around town at Perennial Yoga Garver, at Main Street Yoga Center and at The Yoga Sangha at Capital Fitness on Butler St. Meagan also teaches private classes and plans to begin offering a regular prenatal class soon as well as baby and me classes.

Teaching Prenatal Yoga is close to Meagan's heart. She practiced Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga throughout both of her pregnancies and took the first Khalsa Way training offered after Covid. Now she offers prenatal yoga periodically as a series and is looking to hold regular classes, location pending.

Meagan leads a prenatal yoga class.

Our Reviews

“Khalsa Way has made me aware of the vast array of tools at my disposal to use during labor and as a new mom: My breath, sound, music, affirmations and more. I feel prepared to handle anything that comes my way with grace.”

“Meagan makes some of the best tasting, nourishing food I have tasted. Having her prepare meals for my family after the birth of my second baby was truly a blessing.”

Sarah R.

“After a Thai Massage with Meagan, I feel renewed and relaxed. Recently giving birth to my son, I was able to process some aspects of labor and birth and experienced unexpected healing."
